This quick self-assessment will help you evaluate the operational maturity level (OML) of your business. Answer each question by selecting the option that best describes your current state. Each response is scored from 1 (low maturity) to 5 (high maturity).

• 1 – No formal processes, everything is ad hoc

• 3 – KPIs tracked regularly, but not always used for decisions
• 4 – KPIs reviewed consistently and tied to goals
• 5 – Data-driven decisions are core to operations

5. Culture of Continuous Improvement

• 3 – Team members suggest and implement changes
