We have been using Progressive for about 10 years now. The reason we have stayed with them is because they handle any problems we might have in a professional manner and always get things resolved quickly. Many time they have come to us to suggest improvements before we have any problems and to make our system perform better. I feel very comfortable having them monitoring our systems and handling all our IT needs.  This is one area that I do not have to spend any of my time worrying about and, considering the fact that I am not an IT expert, that gives me a great amount of comfort.
